	Dedicated to improving outcomes in maternal & infant health    and family wellness... Sunrise Birth & Family Wellness is a community centered, non-profit 501(c)3 organization. Along with development of the cooperative birth center, its purposes are based on improving awareness and outcomes in childbirth and related issues, improvement of maternal and infant health, and family well-being through the Midwives Model of Care. Sunrise 'Center provides access to educational materials and presentations for prenatal health, safe birth options, postnatal and well-woman issues, breastfeeding support and family wellness topics. Timely maternity services and a variety of health care options, including a birth center to provide high quality services to underserved populations, are of major importance to the well-being of mothers, infants and families in New Mexico communities. The growth of Sunrise Center programs provide informative health presentations to remotely situated residents. The development of a non-profit cooperative birth center will provide access to safe birth options and high quality care to these women and their families. CALENDAR OF EVENTS!
