BOARD OF DIRECTORS BOARD OF DIRECTORS Chairperson of the Board Janet Nelsen, BA Expertise includes many years as pastoral administrator, counselor, educator, development of policy manual for a nonprofit organization.  Mother of 5 & foster parent, married 30 years. Serving as Chair for Sunrise 'Center since 2007 Vice-chairperson Lynnette Delacruz, CNA, Author Experience includes board of directors secretary for a home school association, conference organizing, director of children's receiving home in the Philippines, in-home care provider, writer.  Mother of 3, married 33 years. Serving as Vice-Chair and Secretary for Sunrise 'Center since 2007 Treasurer Samuel Mulder, PhD Doctorate degree in Computer Science, Univ. of Missouri-Rolla; Principal Member of Technical Staff at Sandia National Laboratory. Married and a father of three children, two born at home with midwives. Serving as Treasurer for Sunrise 'Center since 2009.
