      GENERAL GOALS

        Phase I - 2007-2008

        1) New resource center renovations - November-December 2007
        2) Fundraising activities
        3) Collaborative efforts with community agencies
        4) Increase educational displays
        5) Develop interactive programs with Health Dept. and other state agencies
        6) Facilitate maternal/infant/family health awareness events
        7) Increase staff and volunteer base
        8) Develop and implement expansion plans for outreach programs


        Phase II - 2008-2010

        1) Cooperation with state programs for development of existing and new service programs
        2) Increase staff and volunteer groups for outreach programs
        3) Identify need and further develop for community and outreach programs
        4) Expand fundraising activities
        5) Expansion to include free-standing birth center


      Further plans are undergoing research and review process...
