      GENERAL GOALS

        Phase I - 2010-2012

        1) Fundraising activities
        2) New office and resource center
        3) Collaborative efforts with national and international agencies
        4) Develop interactive programs with Health Dept. and other state agencies
        5) Increase staff and volunteer base
        6) Develop and implement expansion plans for outreach programs and services
        7) Bring maternity & newborn health resources to remote areas
